Our weekly classes are suitable for everyone and are a perfect opportunity to experience the benefits of meditation for yourself. Each class consists of two simple guided meditations and a practical talk on how to use Buddhist wisdom to improve our inner peace happiness and well-being. Each class is self-contained so you can tune in any week.
How to Access Your Online Class
Once you have completed the checkout process you will receive an email that includes a link to your online class. Click the link and a new Youtube window will open. The video will appear as ‘Private’ until a few minutes before the scheduled start time. If the private screen appears you will need to refresh your browser.
If you enter before the online class begins you will see a countdown message. The online class will automatically begin. If you click through after the online class begins, you will enter at the point that the teaching is at and not at the beginning.
Depending on the speed and bandwidth of your connection some buffering may occur. Your online class will pickup from where it left off. We leave the online class active for one hour after the online class finishes to allow for buffering.
If you did not receive a confirmation email please login and under “My Account” go to downloads and download the corresponding file for the class.
